Here is the preliminary list for the Just Beer leg of the upcoming BeerMuda Triangle Beer Festival, running from 24th – 27th January.
Up to seventeen beers will be available at any time – eight on hand pull and nine served from cask at cellar temperature. Please see board on the bar for beers currently available – If it’s not listed, it’s not available yet!
All beers are dependent upon delivery and availability therefore the list may change before the event. Any changes will be posted on this blog.

Light toasted malt. Bitter, light hops fruity. Bitter, peachy and light grapefruity.

Rather dry, grainy, faint smoke, straw and some bitterness, with a long dry finish.

► Cader Gold 3.8%
Light hoppy golden ale using Mount Hood hops for a subtle aroma of honey, lemon and tarragon.

●GOODY ALES (Herne, Kent: 2012)
► Good Heavens 4.1%
Amber coloured, hoppy pale ale made with Pilgrim hops.
► Good Sheppard 4.5%
Deep amber ale with a vanilla twist on the palate and a soft feel on the tongue.
●HART FAMILY BREWERS (Wellingborough, Northants: 2012)

Full and forward on the palate with rounded, rich malty flavours supported by gentle spicy hoppiness.

High octane version of the classic 4.5% porter, brewed for the American bottle market. One of only three casks.

Pale ale with just a hint of ginger.
●HOGGLEY’S (Litchborough, Northants: 2003)
► Pump Fiction 4.5%
A deep golden beer with good malty complexity, exquisitely balanced with a bright hoppy finish.
●LANGTON (Thorpe Langton, Leic: 2000)
► Inclined Plane 4.2%
A straw coloured bitter with a citrus nose and long hoppy finish.
► Woodsman 4.1%
A light chestnut coloured bitter. Dry to the taste, it has a slightly citrus/floral aroma and aftertaste.
●LUCKIE (Markinch, Fife: 2008)
► Best Bitter 4.9%
Soft peachy flavour with light lime notes. Very smooth and subtle. Quite sweet with a grassy, lightly bitter finish.
●MAYPOLE (Eakring, Notts: 1995)
► Oaky Smokey 4.8%
*Festival special. Brewed with malt smoked in Newark at GH Porter’s own smoke room. Deep amber with a subtle smokiness.

Dark brown, roasted barley, rich chocolate, with a lovely creaminess.

► Golden Sands 4.0%
Sweet, with notes of malt, straw and hops, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
