Dry, appetising and complex, Lindemans Cuvée René is exceedingly dry and traditional gueuze made from blending young and aged Lambic beers. bottled with the wild-spontaneous yeast flora, the beer is re-fermented in the cellar in the “méthode champenoise”. The commercial description is a masterpiece in understatement: A golden hue sets off the wonderful almost champagne like taste.
