Tomorrow sees the second ever International IPAday and you can be assured we will have a good choice at Just Beer!
From tomorrow we will be serving:
- Sadler’s (Windsor Castle Brewery) from Stourbridge, West Mids, Red IPA at 5.7%, described as “Grapefruit, pine and toffee in the aroma. Hoppy and sweet taste with a fairly strong bitterness and notes of pine, grapefruit and peach.”
- From Stringer’s in Ulverston, Cumbria, we have Paint It Black IPA at a mere 5.5% which is “Roast malts with pine and grapefruit. Chocolate with herbal notes, especially liquorice, with cream and hints of blackberry. Some smokiness. Flavours are sweet chocolate with some dark chocolate bitterness and liquorice. Creamy with woody, green pine, grapefruit and berry fruit. Yeasty with a nice bitter finish.” Phew! Can’t wait for that one!
- Also from Ulverston, we have Ulverston Royal Reserve at 6%, “A fantastic, full-bodied Imperial IPA. Rich, juicy malt character balanced with a good hop bite and a lingering bitter finish.”
IPADay comes just two days before our 2nd birthday, so we hope you can come and help us celebrate both IPADay and two years of Just Beer.
